Children's Agreement
Craver
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This Children's Agreement is an extra set of rules for users who are children (below the age of digital consent in their country) and for their parents or guardians. By using Craver as a child, you and your parent or guardian agree to this Agreement together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Who This Is For
If you are a child, you may use Craver only with your parent's or guardian's permission and supervision. Your parent or guardian is responsible for your use of the Service.
2. Get Permission First
- Ask a parent or guardian before creating an account.
- Do not pretend to be an adult or someone else.
- Never share your password with friends.
3. Staying Safe Online
- Do not share your real name, home address, phone number, school, or other personal details with strangers.
- Tell a trusted adult if anything makes you uncomfortable.
- Be kind and do not bully or harass others.
4. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Craver has a strict, absolute zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
What is prohibited:
- Any sexual depiction of a child or minor, in any form, including generated, uploaded, or shared images, videos, text, or descriptions;
- Any content that sexualizes, groomes, or exploits a child or minor;
- Any attempt to use Craver to create, find, share, or request such material;
- Any depiction of a real or fictional minor in a sexual context.
Consequences: Any CSAE content is removed immediately, the account is permanently terminated, and the material and related information are reported to the appropriate authorities (for example, a national center for missing and exploited children and law enforcement). There are no exceptions and no warnings.
Report it: If you see, receive, or are asked for CSAE content, stop, do not share it, and report it to us right away at aprilharvey1990@gmail.com. If you or another child is in danger, also contact your local authorities or a child-protection helpline immediately.
5. What You Can and Can't Do
- You may create fun, age-appropriate creations with a parent's permission.
- You must not create violent, hateful, sexual, or unlawful content.
- You must not try to bypass safety filters or age requirements.
6. Reporting and Help
If something is wrong, unsafe, or against these rules, tell a trusted adult and contact us. We take every report seriously and act quickly.
7. For Parents and Guardians
As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for supervising the child's use of Craver. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the child's account and data at any time by contacting us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, and we will delete such information if consent is withdrawn or not verified.
